Test events getting cancelled in Tosca Distributed execution

I am facing issue in Distributed execution , where in certain test evets are getting cancelled within 2mins with error " Details:The item has been queued.Execution will start when all automation objects have been uploaded. There ws an error whle handlingEnqueueClientrequest.Failed to retrive automation objects. "I had made sure all the objects are synchronised , made sure there is no database error , made sure workspace is not locked ,also made sure the settings w.r.t to other test events, but still  the test event is getting cancelled .Has anyone faced this issue ?. Can anyone please provide your inputs?

Hello, Am trying to access the obstacle course website at https://obstaclecourse.tricentis.com/ but receiving a 403 error. Does Tricentis no longer maintain this website?
